Revo Performance software offers the smoothest and most controllable power increase available for the modern motor vehicle. All of their development is carried out using the standard un-modified car, which has first been diagnostically tested for true factory results. As such the software we tune to, will perform impeccably when re-installed onto an un-modified car.

Most of the Revo performance software is complimented by multiple performance programs, anti theft programs and user friendly variable table changes that become accessible when you purchase an optional Serial Port Switch. This will give you access to many different levels of enhancements built into the performance software. You may want to switch to take advantage of better fuel qualities, or to ensure you are getting the most from any optional bolt on tuning accessories like performance exhaust systems, performance air intake filters or intercoolers. And for the ultimate enthusiast, it allows you to “tune” your vehicle’s fuel, boost and timing settings for maximum performance.

Most Revo software is programmed through the vehicles Serial Port. This allows us to reprogram you’re vehicle without lifting the bonnet, and will be downloaded into your factory ECU in just over 10 minutes!

Select Serial Port Switches

Our range of optional, serial port switch devices work in conjunction with our performance software programs which are switchable via the OBD2 port on your car. Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to alert to any modification.

Select

The 'select' gives the user the ability to switch between stock and performance mode. This performance mode can be set by us to suit your car, fuel quality and climatic conditions. Additionally the 'select' features an Anti theft function which is designed to disable the ECU itself. Switch functionality varies for different vehicles, please contact us for details.

Select Plus

The 'select plus' features variable boost, timing and fuel adjustment allowing the user to set the car up to run efficiently with any fuel quality and in varying conditions. The 'select plus' consists of a diagnostic port interface, USB cable and new PC based software. Boost, timing and fuel adjustments can be uploaded directly to the ECU using the software communication mode.

The 'select plus' features variable boost, timing and fuel adjustment allowing the user to set the car up to run efficiently with any fuel quality and in varying conditions. The 'select plus' consists of a diagnostic port interface, USB cable and new PC based software. Boost, timing and fuel adjustments can be uploaded directly to the ECU using the software communication mode. The 'select plus' not only features stock and performance modes like the 'select' version, but also includes an additional 3 "user based" modes. These modes allow the user to custom configure their performance settings and upload them to the 'select plus'. Changes to ECU settings can then be made using just the 'select plus'. These saved settings can be changed and re-saved using the software as your mechanical upgrades or environmental conditions permit. Combined with the ability to revert to stock programming, and our unique anti-theft mode, the 'select plus' is unmatched in its ability to provide the highest levels of control and flexibility.

Note: Revo Technik recommends using VAGCOM in conjunction with 'select plus' to allow the user to monitor certain engine sensors to efficiently set the adjustable boost, fuelling and timing settings. Please see the Select Plus Advanced User Guide for further details.

Anti-Theft

Included in select and select plus

When purchasing a select or select plus you will enjoy the additional benefits of a built in anti-theft program. The anti-theft modes on these switches allow you to totally disable your vehicle's ECU. It will leave the car totally inoperable even if the thief has the keys. Unlike other security devices there are no mechanical installation requirements such as wiring looms.

• When purchasing select or select plus device, you will enjoy the additional benefits of a built in anti-theft program.
• The anti-theft modes on the select switches allow you to totally disable your vehicle's ECU. It will leave the car totally inoperable even if the thief has the keys. Unlike other security devices there are no mechanical installation requirements such as wiring looms.
• Once Revo performance software has been installed, you can purchase an optional select device and follow the simple and clear instructions supplied.
• To arm the anti theft program you select “anti-theft ON”, from your SPS, plug it into the OBD2 port found in the cockpit of the car, wait 5 seconds for an audible beep, remove your SPS device and the car becomes totally inoperable.
• The car will start and idle, but when the accelerator pedal is depressed, the car will not advance pass idle!
• To disarm the program you simply select “anti-theft OFF”, from your SPS device and follow the same procedure. The car will now return to standard (or your Revo performance program) and can now safely drive the car.
• Please note: To benefit from the functions in our SPS devices, Revo performance software must be present in your vehicle.
