Take left lane of A421 Bedford Bypass, preparing to come down the slip road towards Kempston.

Come off at this junction down to the large oval roundabout under the bypass.

Right lane on the slip road positions you well for the 5th exit at the roundabout.

Continue to follow the signs for Kempston at this point.

Woburn Road Industrial Estate is where you're heading for.

When you see the Swan's statue on this oval roundabout, you know you're nearly here!

Continue around this 3 lane roundabout now taking the middle lane back under the bypass.

When you see this exit, come off the roundabout towards the Industrial Estate.

Still following signs for the Woburn Road Industrial Estate you'll see a Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre on your left.

Go stright over this first roundabout.

At this next Roundabout, take the second exit.

The entrance to the Industrial Estate is well signposted.

Coming onto the Estate you pass Crestel on your left and Atlas on your right.

Further down Wolseley Road you pass Francos Ices on your right.

After you pass the Volvo truck centre, you take the left called Chantry Road.

The Chantry Road left turn.

Travel down Chantry Road until the last left turn at the bottom (200 yards).

At the last left turn you'll see Bedford Training College and we're the next building on the right.
